Talking, discussion. Chatting you enter into people's imagination you become whole a being. A reputation, a cogg apart of something.

Is this an idea that community cultural development is based on? It seems to be a practioner to get funded and jobs it is essential to have a really good network that you are known by, but also survive with.

For community members that you are working with who are seeking CHANGE to become others, to be known/appreciated/listened to/recognised talking is really important. Communication and sharing of who, what, where and when the big dreaming of next.

Perhaps the more you listen to one thing you become more and more specialised and unaware of other worlds. I am very wrapted up in my world. I simply do not have time to read newspapers. When I do catch a sniff of a newspaper I get all funny because nothing I read much in there resembles my life and my activities. It is the other and I can't twist my life to resemble it as hard as I try - it really isn't glamorous or trendy or fashionable enough!

A friend and an artist I have worked before is on Margaret Throsby's show on Classical ABC on Friday - I am so excited, she lives in Castlemaine - this is one of my ultimate ambitions to get on her show and talk - you talk a whole hour about yourself and play the music that you love.

Isn't the power of music amazing to represent yourself, capture your life and your memories?
